These terms govern your use of Jood Studios services, website, and communications. By booking or engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Jood Studios is a creative media studio in the UAE offering photography sessions, brand content, and podcast recording. When these terms reference services, they include studio shoots, on-location photography, and multi-camera podcast recording for clients in Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, and across the UAE.
Bookings
Project scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing before production begins. Changes may affect delivery dates or fees.
Service Scope
Services are defined in a written proposal or confirmation. Photography sessions can include fashion photo sessions, brand content, portraits, and product photography. Podcast recording may include studio setup, audio capture, video recording, and editing deliverables.

Payments
Deposits and payment schedules are agreed upon per project. Final deliverables are provided after payment is complete unless stated otherwise.
Revisions and Deliverables
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional edits or reshoots are billed separately. Final deliverables may include high-resolution files, web-ready formats, or platform-specific exports based on the agreed scope.
Usage Rights
Usage rights are specified in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated, Jood Studios may showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, approvals, and access needed for production. For on-location shoots, clients must secure permissions where required and ensure the location is safe and available for the scheduled time.
Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules should be communicated as early as possible. Fees may apply based on timing and incurred costs.
Liability
Jood Studios is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Studio Conduct
We maintain a safe, respectful environment for all clients, talent, and crew. Clients agree to follow studio safety guidelines during photography sessions or podcast recording. Any behavior that risks safety or equipment may result in session termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled through good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
